How we work

A process you can actually follow from the outside.

Five steps, each with a clear handoff. You always know what stage you are in, what you owe us, and what is coming next.

STEP 01

First contact

You send a short message, or ask for a call. A few questions follow about what you sell, your service area, your budget, and what a good month looks like to you. No form yet, and nothing to fill in until there is a plan and a price you have agreed to.

What we need from you: ten minutes and honest numbers.

STEP 02

Plan

You receive a written advertising plan: which channels, which audiences, which creative angles, how the budget splits, and the metric each part will be judged on. Nothing is built until you have read it.

What we need from you: a yes, a no, or a question on anything unclear.

STEP 03

Build

Accounts, tracking, creative, and any landing pages get built. Access is set up properly, in accounts you own, so you keep everything if we ever part ways.

What we need from you: access to existing accounts, logos, and any footage or photos you have.

STEP 04

Launch

Campaigns go live in stages. Early spend is deliberately buying information: which audience, which creative, which offer. Then the budget moves toward what is working.

What we need from you: a way to handle the leads once they start arriving.

STEP 05

Report and adjust

Scheduled reports in plain language: spend, results, cost per result, what changed, what changes next. Your records are audited against the source data before anything reaches you.

What we need from you: tell us which leads turned into customers. That closes the loop.

ONGOING

Stay in contact

One address, one operator, one business day. No ticket queue, no account manager who has never seen your account.

About

Small on purpose. Built to not stay that way.

Sparkplug is a Maryland advertising agency run by an operator who would rather automate the paperwork than hire around it. The systems that handle onboarding, file structure, record keeping, and reporting were built first, on purpose, so the client work would never lose to administration.

That is the whole bet: a small team with good machinery behind it can give a local business more attention than a large agency where that business is account number four hundred.

What that means in practice

  • You are never quoted for hours spent on internal filing.
  • Your assets live in a structured folder set you can see, not on someone's desktop.
  • Your record is checked against the source data daily, so report numbers are not retyped by hand.
  • Accounts are created in your name, so you own what you paid to build.
  • Month to month. If it is not working, you should be able to leave.

Step one takes fifteen minutes.

Send the short version of your business and your goal. You will hear back within one business day.
