Roadmap

What Sparkplug is building, and what is already running.

Most agencies show you the finished brochure. This page shows the work in progress instead, with an honest label on every line. No dates, because a date on this page would be a promise made to people who have not asked for one.

The work itself

Services

What a client can buy today, and what is coming into the offer next.

Live

Paid advertising

Meta and Google campaigns built, launched, and managed against a stated goal, with conversion tracking installed before anything spends.

Live

Creative production

Ad copy, static and motion creative, and short video, refreshed on a schedule rather than left to go stale.

Live

Local search and web presence

Google Business Profile, local listings, and landing pages built for one offer and one action.

Live

Reporting and account management

Scheduled reporting in plain language, one point of contact, one business day reply standard.

Building

Social media management

For businesses that need to stay visible rather than buy reach: posting, short video, Google Business Profile upkeep, and review responses. Three options are drafted and priced; not open for signups yet.

Planned

Call tracking

Tracked numbers so phone calls appear in reporting alongside form fills. The missing link for service businesses where the conversion is a ringing phone.

The bigger build

A marketplace for out-of-home advertising

Billboards are a thirty-billion-dollar market that still runs on phone calls, PDFs, and rate cards emailed on request. Finding out what a board costs, whether it is free in March, and how many people drive past it usually takes a week and three conversations.

Sparkplug is building the layer that makes that searchable: a map of available structures with real specifications, real availability, and real prices, the way Zillow did for listings. An advertiser filters by area, budget, and audience, and books. An owner lists a structure once and stops fielding the same five questions.

The vendor intake that feeds it is written: location and coordinates, structure type and dimensions, illumination, traffic count with its source and year, permit status and zoning, availability, rate per four-week period, artwork specs, and lead time. That is the information a buyer actually needs, and almost none of it is published anywhere today.

Nothing here is live. The honest status is that the data model is designed and the intake exists; the marketplace itself is not built.

  • Planned Map-based discovery with filters for area, format, budget, and audience
  • Planned Structure listings with verified permit and ownership status
  • Planned Availability calendar and booking
  • Planned Vendor dashboard for listings, bookings, and payouts
  • Exploring Creator pairing, matching campaigns with local creators

Own a billboard? The waitlist is open. Early listings get placed first and help shape what the intake asks for.

Client experience

What working with us will look like

Live

Automated onboarding

A submitted intake creates the client record, the client ID, and a structured Drive folder set, then sends the welcome email. No manual setup, so nothing gets forgotten on a busy week.

Live

Daily record audit

Client records are checked against the source data every morning. Errors get caught before they reach a report rather than after.

Building

Qualification before a quote

A first reply arrives within seconds asking the questions that decide fit. The scoring, the plan recommendation, and the drafted quote follow; a person approves before anything reaches you.

Building

Monthly reports and live dashboards

A one-page report filed in your own folder, plus a dashboard you can open any time. Designed; the data pipeline behind it is next.

Planned

Client portal

One login instead of chasing links in old emails: live numbers, invoices, files, and requests in one place. It replaces the current Client Hub page.

Exploring

Chat on the site

The same qualifying conversation, in a widget, for people who will not send an email. Useful only once the email version is proven.

Underneath

The part most agencies do not have.

Sparkplug is built as a set of small automated workflows with a conductor routing between them, rather than one large pipeline that breaks in an unknown place. Each step writes one row to an append-only log recording what happened, when, which system did it, and how confident it was.

That log is what makes the rest possible: an audit that catches errors, a health check that notices a workflow going quiet, and a record of every automated action taken on a client's account.

The rule that matters: anything with commercial weight, a quote, a price, a contract, or a message to a client, stops at a human before it goes out. Automation handles the parts with no judgment in them.

  • Live Orchestrator and sub-workflow architecture
  • Live Shared append-only action log
  • Live Approval gate for anything client-facing
  • Live Global error handling with alerting
  • Building Agent health checks and state reconciliation
  • Planned Task delegation and internal comms layer
Just as important

What we are not doing.

A roadmap that only adds things is a wish list. These are deliberate exclusions, and they are not scheduled to change.

No guaranteed results

Outcomes depend on your offer, your market, and how fast you follow up. Anyone promising a number is selling one.

No long contracts

Month to month with thirty days notice. If the work is good, a contract is unnecessary; if it is not, a contract is a trap.

No selling client data

Your data is used to run your campaigns. That is the entire list of uses.

No taking work that should not exist

If advertising is not the right spend for your business yet, you will be told that instead of sold a plan.
